Two podiums in the 2017 competition season marked a successful year, included a 1st place in the World Cup in Acromax, Italy. Also a second podium came during the King of Brenta comp that took place in Molveno in the Brenta Dolomites.

Ondrej added:

“My last year was intense with a lot of training needed to get to understand my new glider. The experience got me to a new level of flying and feeling for the glider. Thanks to this I could fly clean in most of my competition runs this year, pulling out some technical twisted combos.
To reach podiums was like last year very hard as the level of all pilots is incredible. It is always a challenge to be ready to give the best during the few minutes a day we have in front of the judges. I had to keep cool to fight over 4 days in the World Cup in Italy. The win means a lot for me and makes understand what is all possible to do with the right approach and mindset. The attitude is the key to all things in life.
I would like to thank again to all for the support in the last years. All the these achievements were possible just thanks to you all!”
