There are just a few places in the world where you can experience a pure never-ending orgasm in the air. Usually a paragliding orgasm doesn’t last that long, but above this little Spanish town called Organyà it can go on and on for hours long until long after sunset. Surrounded by the Pyrenees mountains and incredible natural landscapes this spot has also other activities on offer. Swimming, canyoning, hiking, and climbing to name a few. It used to be a climbers dreamland but now it is a also a paragliding paradise. The name of the game is thermo-dynamic lift, which enables even small acro gliders climb very quickly providing plenty of altitude to train various tricks.

I moved in town towards the end of July just after finishing the Redbull XAlps2013 race. The first two weeks it was flyable nonstop, even-though overdevelopment was closing the days up early on. Still it was possible to fly at least 4 hours a day.. good enough, right? Later on in August there were less thunderstorms, but there was a lot of north wind coming in and also big black CB cells around Andorra. September kept going in the same rhythm with a lot of flyable days, even though sometimes plenty of west or north west winds. October can be good, but I didn’t have patience to wait for it become good.

 
Sometimes it was also pretty stable in the lower section during the whole 2-3 months I spent there, so it was not that easy to climb up to start the session – better to come up early to the takeoff .. around 2-3pm latest. Also toplanding was not always a good option to do on the lower takeoff – better go up high and top-land around the antenna on the mountain peak. All in all I had around 200 hours of flying so I cannot complain about the conditions, but many tried to persuade me that Organyà is usually very different, a lot better.. :-) So, next level orgy coming soon!
