Over winter I was working on a screenplay, filming and post production of my latest movie called Flying Toys. This project was done in cooperation with Pegas aiming to support their latest glider Toy. Toy is an interesting freestyle acro wing with a very high trim speed and a higher aspect ratio. Generally a nice and dynamic paraglider which is usable in all kinds of conditions. This was also the reason why I opted to pilot the little machine for the sport-shots. We made two days of filming in the air. One in Italy on a soaring site near the city Sterzing and the second one in Stubai in the Elfer resort. Thanks to Radek Hrabkovsky for filming me during flying in those the cold days, it was not easy! Third day of filming was on the “ground” in Innsbruck, where we switched roles with Radek and I took over my camera rig.
